Coat paneer lightly with cornflour, salt and pepper and pan-fry until golden on the edges.
Stir-fry onion, capsicum and garlic on high heat so the vegetables stay crunchy.
Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and a splash of water; thicken lightly with cornflour slurry.
Toss in paneer and spring onion for just a minute before serving.
Notes & Tips
Do not simmer paneer in the sauce for long or it can turn chewy. Nutrition values are approximate per serving.
