Mix bhajani flour with onion, coriander, chilli, cumin, sesame, salt and yogurt.
Add water gradually to make a soft, pat-able dough.
On a damp cloth or directly on a cool tawa, pat a portion into a thin round and make a small hole in the centre.
Cook with a little oil until both sides are well browned and crisp at the edges.
Serve with yogurt, pickle or a small knob of white butter. Nutrition values are approximate per serving.
